FAQ’s
Here we will try to answer the most common questions related to dumpster rental.
Can I dispose of anything in the bin?
Yes. But there are exceptions. Dirt, concrete, bricks or asphalt will have to be placed in separate bins then garbage.
How much space would a container take?
Although we provide you with the details of container lengths, it takes more space then length to keep the container. Our bins easily “roll-off” from rear of the truck which needs an additional thirty feet to fifty feet to place. It is approximately 4 cars length on the streets.
Why you put the container there, when I would want it here?
We have a bunch of expert drivers who have a good experience of many years. We train them so as to place the container on every possible area. However, on some occasions the available length needed and turn radius of truck are not in favor of placing a container there. Our trucks push to almost 20 feet to unload the containers and if there are car ports, garages, tree branches or power lines hanging low then this obstructs the workers from placing the container there. We never want to say that “it’s not possible to place there”, but our expert drivers can determine a proper and safe placement.
Can bin do harm to my property?
Yes, It can. The containers we provide have large rollers to help them “roll-off”. Their weight is 3 tons and our trucks weigh even more. We suggest you to place the bin where the surface is level and hard. Your lawn may look dry but when it rains, it is very often for truck or even the bin to sink in the ground. Driveways made of asphalt can get divots left under hot weather from the bin. However, sometimes when needed we provide wood to keep the bin rails. This decreases the chances of asphalt driveways to form damage or scratching, but we cannot be held responsible if it gets damaged while pickup or placement of bins. Our drivers hold all the rights to refuse to place in any such area where they feel unsafe about the placement.
Is there any height till which I am allowed to fill the bin?
Due to the law that bins must be tarped for transporting them, it is suggested to fill the garbage bins only till the sides. This will avoid delays and make pickup easier. Anything that is on the top crossing the sides of the rent dumpster bin will be excluded or we may even ask you to unload that before we can haul the bin.
How many days I can keep the bin?
Maximum time allowed is 7 days but if you want them to keep more than the time allowed then let us know. Additional charges may apply.
For pickup do I need to call the office?
Yes, we do not pickup until notified by you.
What do I do if I require another container?
All you have to do is give us a call. We will provide you an empty waste bin ASAP to avoid any down time, and no delaying your work.
Am I supposed to be on location at the time of delivery and how do I pay?
You are suggested be present on the location if you have special placement instructions. You can pay via Mastercard, Visa or cash.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
You will be charged a flat fee when the bin is dropped of at your desired location. Some conditions do apply.
